Returns - Blank Stock: Laser Member Cards wants all of our customers to be satisfied with their orders.
For this reason we offer free samples of our products and free consulting on laser printer compatibility to assure that the product you select will meet your needs and work well with your printer. 30 day return policy, 25% restocking fee. All Returns must be received back into our inventory in sealed and resalable condition. Please email us at support@lasermembercards.com. We will email you instructions.

Returns - Custom Printed/Custom Manufactured: Laser Member Cards wants all of our customers to be satisfied with their orders.
A proof is issued for all custom orders and must be approved by the customer prior to production. Custom printed and custom manufactured products do not have the availability of exact test samples since it is a custom order and unique to your needs. Custom printed and custom manufactured orders are bound by the proof approval and order specs.
