Refund policy

All Laser Member Cards products are 100% guaranteed to be manufactured to spec and free of defects. Customer is responsible for making sure they can run the product in their printer. We offer FREE test samples and small pack purchases (the 200 to 250 sheets) to assure compatibility with customer's equipment prior to making a large purchase.

Returns - Blank Stock: Laser Member Cards wants all of our customers to be satisfied with their orders.

Returns are accepted for defective products only. 

We accept exchanges but within 30 days only. Unopened cartons only in saleable condition. 25% restocking fee. Request free samples to avoid the need for exchanges.

For this reason we offer free samples of our products and free consulting on laser printer compatibility to assure that the product you select will meet your needs and work well with your printer. All Returns must be received back into our inventory in sealed and resalable condition. Please email us at support@lasermembercards.com. We will email you instructions.

Returns - Custom Printed/Custom Manufactured: Laser Member Cards wants all of our customers to be satisfied with their orders.
A proof is issued for all custom orders and must be approved by the customer prior to production. Custom printed and custom manufactured products do not have the availability of exact test samples since it is a custom order and unique to your needs. Custom printed and custom manufactured orders are bound by the proof approval and order specs.
