Will your products work in my printer?
Not all printers are built alike. Laser Member Cards has been specializing in laser printer cards since 2007. With over 16 years experience manufacturing and printing laser card specialty stock, we happily share our expertise with our customers. Email us including the make and model of your printer: email@example.com and our laser card specialist will be happy to determine the best product to meet your needs. A real live person will respond to our email within one business day. Free samples are also available.
When will my order ship?
Blank stock orders normally ship in 1-2 business days. High product demand can occasionally cause delays in the availability of a stock product. You will be notified if this is the case with your order.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada via UPS Ground. Canadian orders are in US dollars. The Canadian recipient is responsible for Canadian taxes, duties, border fees upon delivery, according to Canadian regulations. We will also ship to Canada on your UPS account, if you prefer. The ship to address must match the address affiliated with your UPS account.
Our products are expertly manufactured with only the highest quality materials. We guarantee our products to be free from defects or we'll take it back at no cost to you.
Custom Order Manufacturing Lead Time:
Production time on custom orders varies by product style and ranges between 5 and 15 business days after proof approval. The quote we provide for you will indicate current production time. Rush production may be available at additional cost, depending on the production schedule.
We prefer artwork created in Adobe Illustrator® Adobe InDesign® or Adobe Photoshop®. Please design four color process work in CMYK format. For spot color please include PMS swatches in swatches panel. Photoshop art must be 300 dpi minimum and greater-than-or-equal-to to the final output size. Reverse type should be no smaller than 8 pt. Normally we can accept your artwork in PDF format. Save a copy of the native file in a safe place on your hard drive, Save another copy as a PDF and convert all type to outlines, preserving layers and editing capabilities. You can email the PDF to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. As always, please don't hesitate with any questions. We are here to help and look forward to serving you.
If needed, we will contact you with FTP instructions to upload the native file to our server.
Returns - Blank Stock:
Laser Member Cards wants all of our customers to be satisfied with their orders. For this reason we offer free samples of our products and free consulting on laser printer compatibility to assure that the product you select will meet your needs and work well with your printer. 30 day return policy, 25% restocking fee. All Returns must be received back into our inventory in sealed and resaleable condition. Please email us at email@example.com. We will email you instructions.
Returns - Custom Printed/Custom Manufactured:
Laser Member Cards wants all of our customers to be satisfied with their orders.A proof is issued for all custom orders and must be approved by the customer prior to production. Custom printed and custom manufactured products do not have the availability of exact test samples since it is a custom order and unique to your needs. Custom printed and custom manufactured orders are bound by the proof approval and order specs.
