Laminated fold over membership ID Cards. Two laminated cards side-by-side joined with ties for folding with adhesive, they stock together resulting in a 17 mil thick card(s). Print front and back of cards in one pass. Your subscriber/member removes the cards from the letter and folds them together for one thick card. 8221 and 8222.
